This is the updated edition of this well known CASANZ publication. It lists the air quality legislation, regulations, policies, guidelines and odour management requirements of the following jurisdictions or organisations – Commonwealth of Australia, National New Zealand, Environment Protection and Heritage Council of Australia and New Zealand, NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, ACT and Regional New Zealand.. Links are provided to websites containing the full text of the relevant legislation and subsidiary mechanisms. Twelve summary tables of information and standards, including petrol, diesel, biodiesel and LPG fuel quality standards for Australia are included.

Clean Air Society of Australia and New Zealand (CASANZ), a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization first formed in the late 1960's to bring together people with an interest in clean air and the mechanics of air pollution. Its focus is now expanded to encompass broader environmental management affairs, but with particular reference to air quality and related issues.
