AERMOD: 14-15 May, 2018

This course is intended for air quality professionals working, or planning to work, in the assessment of air pollution impacts. At the end of the course, participants will understand the basics of regulatory air dispersion modelling and use screening and refined models for permit/works approvals/consent conditions applications and risk assessments. Dr Jesse Thé, PhD, P.Eng

President of Lakes Environmental Software, Dr Thé has over 25 years of experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and environment simulations.  He is the main author of AERMOD View, CALPUFF View, IRAP-h View, Emissions View, among others.  Dr Thé has supported the development of dispersion modelling guidances in many jurisdictions in the world.  He has taught thousands of modelers, including regulators from the US EPA, states, provinces, among others.

Cristiane Thé, M.A.Sc.

Director at Lakes Environmental Software, Mrs. Thé is a co-author of the widely used air dispersion modelling software products such as AERMOD View, CALPUFF View, AUSTAL View, among others.  She has extensive experience with the use of air dispersion models, such as AERMOD and CALPUFF, and the processing of meteorological data.
