About the Presenter

Janet Petersen is the President of the Clean Air Society of Australia and New Zealand. She has been on the Executive for nearly 8 years and prior to that was involved in the NZ branch committee.

Janet is also highly experienced in air quality management, including research and monitoring, policy and strategy development. She convened the NZ National Air Quality Working Group (NAQWG) for four years and has participated in a range of national steering and technical groups for projects such the National Environmental Indicators Programme, the NAQWG Research Strategy, HAPINZ and transport emissions research.
